Over the past years, the Corliv Group has undergone continuous development, driven by a series of carefully planned strategic changes. By the beginning of February 2026, we reached a significant milestone in this transformation. The final phase of our group-wide integration was successfully completed with the establishment of the Nutriversum Group, marking a new chapter in the evolution of Bedeco and Corliv.

Through the merger of Corliv Production Kft., Nutriversum, and Shakersky, the Nutriversum Group was formed as a unified umbrella organization. This structure brings together previously independent companies under one cohesive operational framework, while preserving the strengths, expertise, and flexibility that have always defined the Corliv Group.
Importantly, while our organizational structure has evolved, our operational stability remains unchanged. Nutriversum Group continues to serve as the legal and operational backbone of the group, ensuring continuity and predictability for all partners.

From a legal standpoint, operations continue under Corliv Production Ltd., meaning no contract modifications, re-registrations, or additional administrative steps are required. For our partners, cooperation remains seamless, familiar, and secure.
